It's the oldest family-operated Mexican restaurant in the U.S.
Gourmet Magazine noted it as "One of America's 21 most legendary restaurants." As a woman ahead of her time, the family's Tia Monica Flin opened El Charro in 1922. Open every day.
Tucson Weekly has awarded them as Best Tacos and Best Tortas.
Their salsa bar can't be beat (we think). Try a street-style Sonoran Hot Dog. Taco specials on Tuesdays (of course!) after 3pm. Yum!

Focus is on home-made, authentic Greek food.
Including Gyros, Moussaka, & Spanakopita. Fabulous selection, reasonable prices. Unique retro/industrial vibe.
On the Northwest side of town: 7475 N.La-Cholla.
Its relaxing surroundings make a great casual eatery. Greek & Mediterranean Food is their thing.

In midtown on that Tucson "main drag."

In town since 1992, you'll find the atmosphere a bit different. But the food selections, differing each day, are flavorful. It's all you can eat. Sample all those delish items that suit your own preferences.
We love it here, though we're not vegan or even vegetarian. But we are into healthy, delicious food. Like they prepare fresh daily. It's a hidden gem in the visitor world.

It's often our choice for our wedding anniversary dinner. Has lots of rustic, eccentric & customer-provided decor! And a straightforward menu. But it's all delish!
Started essentially as a locals-type restaurant in 1947 - back when nothing but desert surrounded it for miles. Opens daily at 5pm.
